GDT: Board Resolution

Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company announced Resolution of the Board of Directors on December 01, 2012:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved 02 resignations as follows:

-         The resignation of Mr. Hans Chritian Jacobsen from the position of Deputy Chairman of BOD of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company.

-         The resignation of Ms. Nu Minh Ngoc from the position Chief Supervisors of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company.

Article 2: The Board of Directors decided the second dividend payment of 2012 as follows:

-         Payment rate: 10%/par value (VND1,000 for  share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Payment date: in December 2012.
