ACC: Resolution on business targets for 2013

On November 30, 2012, the Board of Directors of Becamex Asphalt and Concrete Joint Stock Company (BECAMEX ACC) approved business targets for 2013 as follows:

-         Total revenue: VND 380,359,655,747

-         Profit before tax: VND 63,682,188,219

-         Profit after tax: VND 57,541,195,543

-         Basic EPS: VND 5,754/ share

-         Estimated dividend rate: >25%/charter capital.
