VCB: Vietcombank cancels consulting shareholders approval

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) announced to cancel consulting its shareholders’ approval on the adjustment its business targets in 2012. The BOD of VCB will report business results in 2012 at its 2013 Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, VCB will cancel the record date (November 30, 2012) for consulting shareholders.
