TTF: TTFC to issue new shares

Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTFC) announced the board resolution dated December 11, 2012:

Article 1: The Board of Directors unanimously approved the Management’s report on business performance.

Article 2: The Board of Directors unanimously approved to authorize the Chairman to find a partner to sign an underwriting agreement so that the Corporation can issue new shares at 2:1 to the existing shareholders.

Article 3: The Board of Directors unanimously approved to select a strategic partner to help the Corporation increase capital.

Article 4: The Board of Directors unanimously approved to assign the Management together with the new strategic partner to build the business plan for 2013 and submit it to the Board of Directors and the general meeting of shareholders.
