DIG: The representative of state-owned capital
Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company announced the representative of state-owned capital in the company as follows:
- On November 05, 2012, DIC CORP received 02 Decision of the Ministry of Construction dated October 26, 2012. According to this Decision, as from September 30, 2012, right of managing of the state-owned capital in DIC CORP has been officially transferred from Song Da Corporation to the Ministry of Construction. The value of capital in DIC CORP (56.72% stake) will be assigned 05 staffs as follows:+ Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuan – BOD Chairman , manages 16.72% of charter capital+ Mr. Tran Minh Phu – a member of the Board of Directors cum CEO manages 10% of charter capital+ Mr. Le Minh Tuan - a member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy CEO manages 10% of charter capital+ Mr. Do Doan Chien – a member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy CEO manages 10% charter capital+ Mr. Le Van Tang – Deputy CEO manages 10% of charter capital.
