Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation explained the difference in business results of the parent company (unconsolidated) between Quarter 3/2012 and Quarter 3/2011 as follows:

-         Compared to the same period of 2011:

+         The Corporation’s revenue in Quarter 3/2012 increased 18% because the Corporation had many incomes from buildings in the period.   

+         The ratio of Gross profit to Net revenue decreased 4% because the Corporation implemented a liquidation sale of inventories.

+         The profit after tax in Quarter 3/2012 rose sharply because the Corporation saved financial expense when banks reduced lending rates and the Corporation applied some solutions to cut expenses well, such as human expense, selling expense and administrative expense.
