Phuong Nam Education Investment and Development JSC has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27/11/2012  though a ballot.The following resolutions were approved:

Mr. Pham Van Hong has been additional elected Director in the term 2012 – 2016 with effect since 27/11/2012.
