PPC: Resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting

Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting dated December 15, 2012 as follows:

-         The general meeting approved that the Chairman of Board of Directors will hold concurrently the position of CEO of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company.
