NVN: Subsidiary The BRC raises capital

House Viet Nam Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.10/NQ-HDQT/12 dated December 12, 2012 about the increase of capital of The BRC Co., Ltd.:

-         Subsidiary: The BRC Co., Ltd.

-         Charter capital:

+         Charter capital before change: VND300,000,000.

+         The capital additionally contributed by House Viet Nam JSC: VND15,200,000,000.

+         Charter capital after change: VND15,500,000,000.

+         Capital contribution ratio of House Viet Nam JSC in the subsidiary before and after change: 100%.
