According to Board Resolution No.14/2012 dated December 14, 2012, the Board of Directors of Long Hau Corporation unanimously approved plan to pay dividends for the year 2011:

-         Payment ratio: 5%/share (VND500 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Record date: in December 2012.
