GMC: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2012

Saigon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on December 13, 2012:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the payment for the second of 2012 cash dividend

+         Dividend pay-out ratio:  10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

+         Record date:                   December 28, 2012

+         Payment date:                January 14, 2013          

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the Chairman of the BOD, the CEO and Chief Accountant to implement.
