Mechanical and Industrial construction JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 03/12/2012 as follows:

1. Adjustment in Operating plan 2012:

-          Product: VND 600 billion

-          Revenue: VND 560 billion

-          Profit before tax: VND 5,600 million

-          Dividend : 9%/ year

2. Dividend payment 2011:

-          First Dividend payment 2011: 6.5% at end of 12/2012

-          Second dividend payment 2011: 6.5% on 30/01/2013
