FPT: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following are the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

Ms. Truong Thi Thanh Thanh, sister of Mr. Truong Gia Binh – Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO of FPT Corporation, was late in reporting the trading result of FPT stock after registering to trade on November 30, 2012.

Mr. Chu Hung Thang is brother of Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha – Deputy CEO of FPT Corporation, Sold 1,000 FPT shares July 11, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
