POM: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated institutional investor

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated institutional investor:

-         ThepViet Co., Ltd., an institutional investor affiliated with Mr. Do Duy Thai – Member of the Board of Directors of Pomina Steel Corporation, bought 926,338 POM shares from August 09, 2012 to November 30, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading and did not report the trading result after registering to trade on June 29, 2012.
