DPM: DPM to buy PVC shares

Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (stock code: DPM) announces Board Resolution dated December 07, 2012 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors allowed Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation to buy 1,326,161 new common shares issued by Drilling Mud Corporation (stock code: PVC; listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange). 

-         The holding rate of Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation in Drilling Mud Corporation after finishing the buying will be 5,166,202 shares, or 10.26% of Drilling Mud Corporation.
