CII: CII finishes decreasing holding in Vinaphil

On November 22, 2012, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announced to finishes decreasing holding in Vinaphil Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company to 49.5%. The company continues to decrease its holding to 40% stake in Vinaphil. According to an agreement, Ha Noi Highway Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company will sell 10% stake to Vinaphil and Vinaphil will buy more 5% CII stake from the market. Profit from CII share sale of Ha Noi Highway Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company will be account into capital surplus for CII’s shareholders, not account into consolidated CII’s profit.

To shirk misunderstand to shareholders and investors, CII has asked and received agreement from Saigon Securities Corporation (SII), Binh Trieu Road Bridge Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company and members of Management Board not to sell CII shares in the time Vinaphil registration.
