CTD: Resolution on the dividend payment for the first of 2012

Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on December 26, 2012:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved payment for the first of 2012 cash dividend:

+             Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

+             Payment date: expected in Quarter 1, 2013         

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from December 26, 2012.
