-         Record date: January 10, 2013

-         Purpose: to implement cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 9% (VND900/share)

-         Payment date: January 31, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Nam Viet Joint Stock Company, 18F Tang Nhon Phu, Phuoc Long B Ward, Dist. 9, HCMC (on the working days from Monday to Saturday) from January 31, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
