AVF: Resolution on additional listing

Anvifish Joint Stock Company announced the listing and trading of additional shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange:

Article 1: The Board of Directors of Vietinbank approved to list and deposit 5,460,000 shares after the issuance finishes.

-         To mend the company’s charter with new charter capital of VND 279,600,000,000 after the new shares offer.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from December 06, 2012.
