On December 10, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.972/2012/TB-SGDHCM on the delisting of stock of HUD4 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (HUD4):

-         Delisting volume: 15,000,000 shares

-         Total value: VND150,000,000,000

-         The stock HU4 is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.168/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated December 07, 2012.

-         Reason: According to Point i, Item 1, Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP by the Gonvernment on 07/20/2012: “The stock will be delisted when the issuer does not complete the listing procedures on the stock exchange in 03 months from the date of receipt of approval for the listing.”

-         Effective date of the delisting: December 07, 2012
