SVS: Results of Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012

Viet Star Securities Corporation has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 17/11/2012. The following resolutions were approved:

1.     Restructuring the Company’s operation

a.     Withdrawing business of securities brokerage

b.    Terminating voluntarily membership status on listing market and trading registration market at HNX

c.     Terminating voluntarily membership status on HOSE

d.    Terminating membership status at Vietnam Securities Depository

e.     Approving plan to handle contract signed with customers

2.     Amending and supplementing the Company’s Operation and Organization Charter
