SOCIÉTÉ DE BOURBON TAY NINH has announced the BOD’s resolution of personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc from a member of the Board of Directors as from November 01, 2012.

-         The effective date of this resolution is October 31, 2012.
