VIP: Personnel Change

Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company announced the personnel change as follows:

-         The company resigned Mr. Nguyen Dao Thinh as BOD Chairman cum the legal representative as from November 01, 2012.

-         The company appointed Mr. Nguyen Quang Kien as a member of the Board of Directors in the remaining time of period 2011-2015. This appointment will be approved the company’s general shareholders’ meeting.

-         The company appointed Mr. Nguyen Quang Kien as BOD Chairman cum the legal representative as from November 01, 2012.
