PVS: Result of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 13/10/2012. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Approving the BOD’s Statement No 1768/TTr-DVKT-HDQT on increasing charter capital

2. Change in the BOD

-Ms.Nguyen Thanh Huong has been appointed Member of the BOD in place of Mr. Nguyen Huu Hai.

3. Change in Supervisory Board

-Ms. Ho Thi Oanh has been appointed member of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Pham Hung Cuong
