Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.166 on November 12, 2012:

-         The Board of Directors approved to redistribute new shares left in the issue to existing shareholders to Trade Union and member of the Board of Directors, the Supervisors Board, Management Board and key personnel. If there are any shares left, the company will continue to look for other subjects to offer to sell.
