The Board of Directors of LamSon Sugar Joint Stock Corporation decided the second cash dividend payment for 2011 as follows:

-         Record date: November 28, 2012

-         Dividends for 2011: 25%/par value (or VND2,500/share)

-         Paid for the first payment: 15%/par value (VND1,500/share)

-         The second payment: 10%/par value (VND1,000/share)

-         Payment date: January 10, 2013

-         Payment method: in cash.
