Approval on the draft represented by the
General Manager and operation plan for Quarter 4/2012.
3.
The formula of mixing soil with rice husk,
charcoal and other fuels must be completed and calculated the effective to
prepare plan of 2013.
4.
The Board’s approval on Inverter investor,
appointed the company to investigate and present the report to the Chair of the
Board before 15/11/2012.
5.
The maintenance, major repair, separation
payment scheme must be planned from the beginning of the year. Approval on
additional of those contents in 2012.
6.
Approval on advanced share dividend in the
first 09 months of 2012.
7.
Every month the company must report the
operation, financial situation with the Board.
8.
To appoint the Director to calculate and
suggest the human resource of the management board.
