LGL: LONG GIANG LAND sets up Long Giang Sport Services JSC

On October 30, 2012, Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company became founding shareholders of Long Giang Sport Services Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Long Giang Sport Services Joint Stock Company has a charter capital of 10 billion dongs in which: Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company contributes 30% stake and other shareholders contributes 70% stake.

-         Mainly business: operation of sports clubs, retail sale of sporting equipment in specialized stores; restaurants and mobile food service activities, etc.

-         Authorized Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha – Chief Accountant as the representative of the stake in Long Giang Sport Services Joint Stock Company.
