The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu, sister of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam – Member of the Board of Directors of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company, bought 181,640 and sold 50,000 shares HRC shares from September 28, 2012 to October 17, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
