HDG: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Phan Thi Thu Trang, daughter of Mr. Phan Quang Binh – Member of the Board of Directors of Ha Do Joint Stock Company, bought 6,100 shares and sold 14,360 HDG shares from October 03, 2012 to October 15, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
