DVP: Explanation for business result in Q2.2012

Dinh Vu Port Investment & Development Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result over 10% between Quarter 2.2012 and Quarter 2.2011 as follows:

-         Goods through the port in Quarter 2/2012 went up 5.96% compared to in Quater 2/2011 (in Quater 2/2012: 1,199,990 tons; in Quarter 2/2011: 1,132,511.3 tons).

-         Financial income in Quarter 3/2012 increased 28.34% compared to in Quater 2/2011 (in Quater 2/2012: 125,294,322,785 dongs; in Quarter 2/2011: 97,623,181,565 dongs).

-         Financial expenses did not change.

-         Therefore, profit after tax in Quarter 2/2012 increased 40.84% compared to in Quarter 2/2011 (in Quater 2/2012: 56,874,947,560 dongs; in Quarter 2/2011: 40,380,387,331 dongs).
