DTL: DTL Announces Shareholders' Written Resolution

Dai Thien Loc Corporation announced the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders by the way of written resolution:

Article 1: The shareholders approved adjustments to business targets for 2012:

-         Revenue: VND1,500 billion

-         Profit after tax: VND10 billion

-         Dividend: 10%

Article 2: This resolution shall take effect from November 08, 2012.
