DTL: Board Resolution on Dissolution of Branches

The Board of Directors of Dai Thien Loc Corporation decided to dissolve two branches as from December 1, 2012 because of inefficiency in operation, according to the Board resolution on Nov 7, 2012.

-         The two branches are:

+         Dai Thien Loc Mechanics and Construction Enterprise

+         Address: Lot CN8, Road CN5, Song Than 3 Industrial Zone, Phu Tan Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

+         Dai Thien Loc Steel Production Complex Area

+         Address: 10-11-12-13B,  Lot CN8, Road CN5, Song Than 3 Industrial Zone, Phu Tan Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.
