- Total volume of shares to be offer: 9,900,000 shares

- Total volume of shares offered: 5,347,887 shares

- Total volume of unsold shares: 4,552,113 shares

2. Unsold shares will be offer for:

- Beira Limited: 2,624,549 shares

- Nguyen Thi Tien: 492,564 shares

- Nguyen Thi Giang: 490,000 shares

- Do Thuy Hanh: 480,000 shares

- Pham Nhu Quynh: 465,000 shares
