VIC: Vingroup raises capital of Thoi Dai Company

Based on the board resolution on October 15, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company decided to invest another VND2,994 billion to increase the charter capital of Thoi Dai Development and Investment Trading One-member Limited Company (“Thoi Dai Company”) from VND6 billion to VND3,000 billion.

-         VINGROUP will contribute land-attached asset which is a part of Trade Center Area at 72 Le Thanh Ton and 47 Ly Tu Trong, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City, including services & trade center, office area and underground parking (VINGROUP retains 3,072 m2 to arrange parking for apartments). Besides, VINGROUP will also contribute other cash and assets to Thoi Dai Company to meet the additional capital of VND2,994 billion.
