BTT: Ben Thanh TSC to Issue Bonus Shares

On October 05, 2012, the Board of Directors of Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company (Ben Thanh TSC) unanimously approved the record date for a bonus share issue, as follows:

-         Number of bonus shares: 1,800,000 shares

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Total par value of bonus shares: VND18 billion

-         Number of shares after the bonus share issue: 10,600,000 shares

-         Charter capital after the bonus share issue: VND106 billion

-         Exercise ratio: 44:9 (each shareholder owning 44 shares at the record date will receive 09 new shares). The number of new shares will be rounded down. The fractional parts (if any) will be bought back as treasury shares at VND10,000/share by the Company.

-         Record date: October 23, 2012.
