-         Profit before tax: VND53,096 million (82% of plan for 2012)

2.   Plan for Quarter 4/2012:

-         Products: VND326,100 million

-         Revenue: VND555,000 million

-         Profit before tax: VND16,904 million

3.   Paying the first 2012 dividend:

-         Exercise ratio: 10% of par value
