BVH: Resolution of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders

Bao Viet Holdings announced the resolution of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders dated October 15, 2012:

-         The company will hold the meeting to elect the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in the second period (2012-2017) and approve the appointment CEO;

-         The meeting is expected to be organized on 08:00am, Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at International Conference Center, 11A Le Hong Phong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi.

-         The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Nguyen Ti Phuc Lam to continue to hold of CEO of Bao Viet Holdings until the Board of Directors of the second period (2012-2017) is appointed CEO for Bao Viet Holdings.

-         The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Abhishek Sharma as Directror of the Risk Management Block and Mr. Alan Royal as Director of the Information Technology Block.
