CII: CII sets up Infrastructure Services One-member Co., Ltd

According to Resolution No.14/NQ-HDQT dated October 12, 2012 by the Board of Directors of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, the Board of Directors decided to set up Infrastructure Services One-member Co., Ltd with a charter capital of 10 billion dongs. Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company will be set up based on transform Fee Collecting Service Enterprise.
