TS4: Seafood JSC No4 halts purchase of treasury shares

As Seafood Joint Stock Company No4 submitted documents at the State Securities Commission to apply for issuance of additional shares, the Company is not allowed to repurchase its shares during this period.

-         Therefore, on October 12, 2012, the Board of Directors decided to halt purchase of treasury shares.
