MTGAS JSC announces that IMG JSC officially registered to make a tender offer for shares of MTGAS JSC on October 09, 2012.

-         Number of shares owned by IMG JSC at present: 2,880,000 shares (24% of MTGAS JSC)

-         Number of shares registered to be purchased: 3,180,000 shares (26.5% of MTGAS JSC)

-         Bid price: VND3,400/share

-         Purpose: to expand operation in gas and energy sector.
