LAF: LAFOOCO delays paying dividends

On October 10, 2012, the Board of Directors of Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company (LAFOOCO) decided to delay paying 6% cash dividends for 2011, and will report to the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for approval.
