MSN: Notice of Change in the Number of Outstanding Voting Shares

Ma San Group Corporation issued additional shares through a private placement and converted convertible bonds in June 2012, with 172,007,854 newly-issued shares. The number of new shares above have been listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and deposited on the Vietnam Securities Depository. Therefore, on October 10, 2012, Ma San Group Corporation announced the number of outstanding voting shares as follows:

-         Number of voting shares before the new issuance: 515,272,269 shares

-         Number of voting shares after the new issuance: 687,280,123 shares

-         Total number of outstanding voting shares at present: 687,280,123 shares.
