KHA: Khahomex to transfer all stake in KhaDreamhouse

On October 26, 2012, the Board of Directors of Khanh Hoi Import Export Joint Stock Company (KHAHOMEX) approved to transfer its entire stake in KhaDreamhouse in order to restructure portfolio. The transfer price will not lower than 80% of par value. The Board of Directors authorized Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Hanh, Khahomex’s CEO, to seek partners and sign contracts to transfer these shares.
