CII: Vinaphil temporarily stops the buying of CII shares

On October 29, 2012, Vinaphil Technical Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (*) (short name: VPII) announced that it registered to buy 16,920,225 shares of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) from November 05, 2012 to December 05, 2012. However, Vinaphil has to finish other procedures before executing the purchase. Therefore, the execution time of the purchase may be delayed. Vinaphil will announce the purchase again before execution time. (*) The full name of company is temporarily translated.
