HU3: Explanation for business results in quarter 3/2012

HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has explained business results in quarter 3/2012 compared with in quarter 3/2011 as follows:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 3/2012: 1,774,974,987 dongs

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 3/2011: 18,280,193,023 dongs

-         Decreasing: 90.3%

-         Revenue and profit in Quarter 3/2012 was less than in Quarter 3/2011 because:

+         Economic difficulties, real estate market freeze, projects has completed but sold slowly. Net revenue in Quarter 3/2012 decreased sharply (60.4%).

+         Although general and administration expenses decreased 26.3% but revenue from selling and service supply decreased and interest expenses was high.
