VNA: Explanation for business result in Q3.2012

Vinaship Joint Stock Company has explained loss in Quarter 3/2012 as follows:

-         Loss after tax in Quarter 3/2012 was VND12,763,021,078

-         In Quarter 3/2012, interest expenses was over VND10 billion.

-         Because of economic difficulties the sea transportation industry faced a lot of difficulties such, revenue in Quarter 3/2012 decreased over VND56 billion compared to in Quarter 3/2011.While, Besides, expenses for fuel, repairing and exploitation increased. Specially, My Thinh ship and Vinaship Sea were repairing.
