HBE: Explanation for audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012
Ha Tinh Book and Equipment Education JSC announces the explanation for audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012 as below:
- At description no. 06: The principal amount for the employees on 30/06/2012 is VND 2,566,300,000. As the commitment, the company and the individual borrower will have the agreement about the debt after June 2010. However by the audit time we still haven’t had the agreement about the debt recall and the recall of debt is still slow.
In order to build the Hoa Sen Kindergarten, our company was allowed by the State Securities Commission to set up the private placement of shares to supplement charter capital. Because of the difficulties in the economics, workers have committed to borrow money to buy shares. Therefore our company has the policy that allows the workers to borrow money and pay interest by installment. However the paying speed is still slow. Since August 2012, the company has signed the contract with workers to collect interest and the debt monthly so these debts will be recalled in time as planned.
- At description no. 07: The receivable from the Ha Tinh Province Committee to support the construction of the Hoa Sen Kindergarten. While approving the Hoa Sen Kindergarten project, Ha Tinh Province decided to support the interest. However because of the difficult budget, the Province is still unable to support the company until now.
