S96: S96: Explanation for Audit Exception in financial statement 2012

Song Da 9.06 SJC explained the audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012 as below:

- Extraction of reserve fund: Because of the difficulties of the overall economic, the result of business in the first 06 months was loss. Even though the debts were overdue but we evaluated that we would be able to recall these debts, so we did not extract the reserve fund for these debts.

- Explanation for not disbursing bill and enumerate tax: the company acknowledged the profit from the transformation of Song Da Binh Tan 2010 project. However, we have not been able to estimate the compensation of the land acquisition that the State will pay us. So we have not disbursed bill and enumerated tax.
