-         Reasons:

+        Financial expense in quarter 3.2012 increased was higher than the same period of 2011, because loan interest expense for cement factory construction project in Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Provice increased, so  profit before tax in quarter 3.2012 was lower than same period of 2011.
